Process

Public entities don’t need a vendor. They need a documented compliance partner who can show their work. Our process is built around four stages that produce the audit trail, legal documentation, and implementation roadmap that government procurement and litigation defense both require.

A stunning view of ocean waves crashing with vibrant blue hues off the coast of Brazil.

How We Work

Every engagement follows PACE, our four-stage compliance methodology designed specifically for public entities operating under ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.

Probe — We conduct a comprehensive WCAG 2.1 AA audit of your digital properties, combining automated scanning with manual expert review. You receive a documented findings report with prioritized barriers, legal vulnerability classifications, and scope of effort.

Amend — We build a formal remediation roadmap with prioritized fixes, responsible parties, and target dates. This document is your primary legal defense instrument and the foundation of a good-faith compliance posture.

Certify — We validate remediation against WCAG 2.1 AA standards and produce the compliance documentation package your entity needs for regulatory response, public accessibility statements, and procurement submissions.

Ensure — We establish ongoing monitoring infrastructure so compliance is treated as an operational program, not a one-time project. Scheduled scans, reporting cadence, and staff training documentation included.

“Within three weeks of engaging diigiital.com, we had a documented compliance roadmap, a published accessibility statement, and a defensible posture for the first time. That alone was worth it.”
